Finding the right chastity cage is crucial for both comfort and security. A poorly fitting device can cause discomfort or even injury, while the perfect fit enhances the experience and ensures prolonged wear without issues. This guide will help you measure for the ideal chastity cage fit, including the base ring and the cage tube. All measurements in this guide are in millimeters (mm).

Clear plastic chastity cages of varying sizes with measurements labeled: 55mm, 66mm, 88mm, 95mm, 110mm. Circular clips: 42mm, 45mm, 48mm, 52mm.

Measuring for the Base Ring

The base ring sits behind the testicles and is a key component of the chastity cage. To determine the correct size:

Gather Your Tools: Use a flexible measuring tape, or alternatively, a string that you can measure against a ruler. Ensure the material is soft and pliable for accurate results.

Measure the Circumference: Wrap the measuring tape or string around the area behind your testicles and at the base of your penis. Make sure it’s snug but not tight, as comfort is essential.

Calculate the Diameter: Once you have the circumference, divide it by pi (approximately 3.14) to determine the diameter. Here are some examples:

  • Circumference of 173 mm ÷ 3.14 = 55 mm diameter

  • Circumference of 157 mm ÷ 3.14 = 50 mm diameter

  • Circumference of 141 mm ÷ 3.14 = 45 mm diameter

  • Circumference of 125 mm ÷ 3.14 = 40 mm diameter

Tips for Base Ring Sizing

Choose a ring size that feels secure but does not pinch or restrict circulation.

If you’re between sizes, it’s generally better to go slightly larger to prevent discomfort during extended wear.

Measuring for the Cage Tube

The cage tube should align with your flaccid penis length while keeping it securely restrained. Follow these steps to measure accurately:

Prepare for Measurement: Take a hot shower or bath to relax your body. Stand upright with your back straight to ensure consistent results.

Measure the Length: Use a ruler to measure the distance from the base of your penis (where it meets your pubic bone) to the tip. Press the ruler gently but firmly against the pubic bone for accuracy.

Adjust the Measurement: To determine the ideal cage length, subtract 6 to 13 mm from your flaccid penis length. This ensures a snug fit that discourages movement while avoiding excessive compression.

Cage Length Examples

  • Flaccid length of 100 mm = 87 to 94 mm cage

  • Flaccid length of 75 mm = 62 to 69 mm cage

  • Flaccid length of 50 mm = 37 to 44 mm cage

  • Flaccid length less than 50 mm = 25 to 31 mm cage

Final Considerations

Material: Choose a cage made from materials that suit your lifestyle and preferences, such as plastic for lightweight comfort or metal for a more robust feel.

Ventilation and Hygiene: Ensure the cage has adequate openings for cleaning and airflow, particularly for long-term wear.

Test Fit Gradually: If you’re new to chastity, start with shorter durations to allow your body to adapt to the device.

Finding the perfect fit might take some trial and error, but the effort is well worth the comfort and security it provides. Use these measurements and tips to confidently select the ideal chastity cage for your needs.
